Class Preparations: What to Bring
We have a limited supply of ankle/wrist weights, 2 and 3 pound dumbbells, yoga blocks, 2-4 pound medicine balls, and yoga mats. If you prefer to bring your own you may or you can use ours if available. We recommend that if you bring your own wrist weights for the Tone & Tan class they are silicone and/or waterproof.

Please bring water to stay hydrated, a sweat towel if you need one, and a beach towel to dry off if you take our Tone & Tan class. Resistance bands and bosa balls will be supplied for classes.
