Ballet Program
Below is an outline of our ballet program to help you understand how our classes work. Read more to find out what class is best for you. We pride ourselves in delivering the best education. Small classes ensure everyone gets the attention they deserve.

Ballet Primary
We offer ballet classes for those who are ages 4-5, typically Pre-K to Kindergarten grades. In these classes, dancers will begin to learn the fundamentals of ballet: terminology, movement, and poise. After completing a year of Primary and turning six years of age, these dancers will automatically move up to Level 1.
Ballet Level 1
All dancers 6 and up will begin in level one (Primary Class not required for this level). Ballet is built on understanding the fundamentals and the body. Dancers will remain in level one until they test out with the skills necessary to be promoted to the next level. Dancers who are just starting ballet but who are 10 and older can start in our Ballet Level 1 10+ classes to make them feel more comfortable being around other students their age.

Ballet Levels 2-7
In order to take any ballet class leveled 2 and higher, dancers must have tested out and been promoted by the instructor. For any incoming students from other studios, dancers will be evaluated individually and placed in the appropriate class level. As levels increase, dancers will be required to take more classes per week.
Pre-Pointe
We offer classes designed specifically for training dancers to dance on pointe. This is a rigorous discipline, and only select students will be invited into this class. Students will remain in this class until they test out and are promoted to pointe.

Ballet Level 8-10
These highest levels are reserved for dancers who have been promoted to pointe and who are ready to focus on pre-professional skills.
