Adult Fitness - October Challenge


October has begun and Hughson Ballet is excited to kick off it's first ever monthly challenge for our Adult Fitness Program. These monthly challenges are a way for you to get into shape, stay in shape, or just be active. We want everyone involved to have fun and push themselves as they see fit. It's not about out-doing each other, it's about out-doing who we were yesterday.

October Obliques:

Join us in the studio for our month long program targeting those abdominals! October Obliques Challenge will focus on toning and strengthening your core to help you get the waist you want. We will offer 4 classes a week for the challenge and hope that if you take just one or all challenge classes, you find at the end of the journey your obliques are stronger and you radiate confidence. An added bonus if you sign up for 13 October Obliques classes you get the 14th class free! Classes are $10 per person from 12-12:45pm Sundays-Wednesdays.



October Outdoors:

If you are unable to participate in our in studio challenge, check out our October Outdoors Challenge. This is a free challenge and you don't even have to do it through the studio. We challenge you to spend 31 minutes outside daily. You can walk, jog, run, bike, whatever you feel moved to do, and aim to go 10 miles each week. That works out to just over a mile a day! Not everyone likes to walk alone, so if you're looking for a buddy join us! We will be walking each day around 1pm following the October Obliques Class with potential evening and/or morning walks as well. Connect with us and lets move and spend October outdoors in the beautiful fall weather!



This 31 day challenge begins today and ends on Halloween, anyone and everyone is encouraged to join in, even if you can't participate in every class, we would love to see your progress.
