Monthly Challenge

We want you to get in shape with us! For the month of November we are doing a 30 day 30 minutes challenge of ballet barre class. Target the whole body while you break a sweat and get in shape for the holidays.

Our adult fitness program is now offering monthly challenges to help you get active. Take part in our in studio class challenge or just do the challenge on your own! Lets spend the next 31 days moving and staying healthy.
